Our dedicated staff are passionate about introducing you to the principles and practice of Yoga. Regular practice can assist in achieving greater flexibility, relaxation and stress minimisation. We offer small, intimate class sizes, so that our students get the maximum benefit from practice and can get the attention they need from our teachers.
