Mind over Muscle offers Mindful Yoga classes that will help you reconnect with your body in a safe and effective way.
Our classes focus specifically on a combination of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques and Yoga therapy that empowers each individual to move towards greater health and well being.
Tailored to the needs of each individual our intimate classes of up to 9 people are set in a welcoming environment with all yoga mats and props provided.

- Casual yoga classes (weekdays) – $16
- Six class yoga course (weekdays) – $80
Monday 6pm – 7pm
Wednesday 6pm – 7pm
