Meet Our Physiotherapist
Tim graduated from Monash University in 2009 and has been endeavoring to broaden his knowledge base ever since. Completing further studies in Clinical Pilates, Tim is a firm believer that by combining methods from Clinical Pilates, as well as Physiotherapy, treatments can yield the most optimal results.
With the belief that each client is individual and each problem is unique, Tim believes that the body should be treated as a whole. Finding the source of the problem, as well as understanding it, is just as much of a priority as finding the most effective treatment for that problem.
Tim believes that education is a vital component to the ongoing management, in addition to, prevention of pain conditions and strives to educate his clients on the most appropriate management in order to promote independence. This decreases the likelihood, as well as frequency and severity, of any future recurrence.
Tim has experience with various sports from Australian Rules Football, Running, Cycling, Field Hockey, and various Martial Arts. He also has a very keen interest in Spinal disorders and Ergonomics.
